We are a small studio of eight, building forty-or-fewer homes at a time across Lake Macquarie and the Hunter. Every project begins on foot, with a quiet walk of the site, and a longer walk of the streets around it.

We cap our projects deliberately. It keeps our name on every drawing — and every doorstop.

Weather is not an enemy.
We choose materials that will look better in ten years than they do the day we hand them over.

Before we design a building, we walk the block. What we leave behind is a footpath, not a front elevation.
